Automated Bumping [Beta Test]

What is automated bumping?

For some sellers, listings will now be automatically bumped as soon as they are eligible. We're testing this new feature to help you save time and keep your listings fresh.

How does it work?

Bumping brings your listing to the top of any search results or Feeds of buyers who follow you.

With automated bumping, we’ll bump your listings automatically, as soon as they are eligible — you don’t have to lift a finger.

Listings are eligible to be bumped every 7 days until they are 30 days old. To bump listings older than 30 days, you’ll have drop the price of the listing by 10% or more.

So it’s just a test?

For now, yes. We’re starting with a beta test to better understand the value of this feature, and we’ve opted in some sellers to help us figure that out.

Running beta tests like these also allows us to collect valuable input from buyers and sellers, so we can build any final version with the needs of our community in mind.
