What are Grailed Labels?
Grailed Labels are a pre-paid shipping label service provided to any US-based seller shipping an item within the 50 US states and Puerto Rico.
How to Use Grailed Labels
1. Create or edit a listing
Create a new listing and choose your return address in the sell form. Find all of your saved addresses in your Settings.
2. Set shipping options
Select “USA shipping.” We'll help you choose a Grailed Label option based on the size of your item.
3. Print your label
Once you’ve made a sale, print your Grailed Label via the sold listing page or your message thread with the buyer. Tracking will be added to the transaction and sent automatically to your buyer and to PayPal (if used).
Which shipping service is used for Grailed Labels?
Grailed Labels are currently shipped via USPS and UPS. Based on buyer location and package size, you might get a different carrier. Be sure to check the label to ensure you're dropping the package off at the right courier!
You can find the corresponding package sizes and services used below:

How is my Grailed Label paid for?
Your Grailed Label is paid via your sale value. Shipping costs are included in all offers from potential buyers. If the item is purchased through the buy it now option, shipping is included in the final sale price.
My buyer selected the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
You will need to refund the buyer in full for their purchase, so that they can repurchase with the correct address. Once you have refunded the buyer, reach out to our support team for assistance with relisting your item.
I selected the wrong return address. Can I change it?
Not a problem! If you need to adjust your return address, simply open your listing and select ‘Edit’, scroll down to your shipping details then adjust your address as needed.
If your item has sold, please refund your buyer and reach out to our support team for additional assistance with relisting your item for sale. Once it has been relisted and your return address has been adjusted, your buyer can repurchase the item.
My Grailed Label hasn’t been sent to me yet, what do I do?
Your label could take a few minutes to generate. If your label hasn’t generated within 1 hour, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Do I need to use official courier shipping supplies?
You may use whichever shipping supplies that you'd like to use as long as the package size falls within your selected dimensions. Check with the courier to ensure that your package falls within the dimensions of the Grailed Label you selected. For instance, when shipping with USPS First Class, you should not use priority mail packaging as USPS will return the package to you if you do.
Can I add signature confirmation to my Grailed Label?
Sellers can add signature confirmation to any Grailed label sale for an additional $4 fee.
To do so simply click the 'Add signature confirmation' box under the label that you have selected via the listing creation or edit screen. The additional fee will be added to your total label value that is deducted from your sale at the time of the sale.
I selected the wrong package size for my shipment, can I change it?
If your item has not sold yet, you can edit your shipping details via the ‘Edit’ button located on your listing.
If your item has sold, please refund your buyer and reach out to our support team for additional assistance with relisting your item for sale. Once it has been relisted and your package size has been adjusted, your buyer can repurchase the item.
I’m trying to view and print my label but it won’t load, what do I do?
If your label has been generated but you are unable to view it, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Can I use Grailed Labels while I’m in Vacation Mode?
Grailed Labels are not available while in Vacation Mode. When you make a sale in Vacation Mode, your shipping costs for US domestic shipments will default back to your previously used price for the US region. When creating a listing while in Vacation Mode, the only shipping option available will be “My Own Shipping.”
