I've refunded a sale, how do I get the fees returned?

Once you've completed a full refund to a buyer, the fees are automatically refunded as part of the process.

If you’ve opted to use PayPal:

Once you've completed a full refund to a buyer, your PayPal account will automatically have the Grailed fees refunded as shown by the “Partner Commission Reversal” on PayPal's transaction detail page.

If you’ve opted to use Grailed Payments:

The fees will automatically refund when the refund to the buyer is completed.

Please note that if a sale is refunded as the result of a lost claim, the seller is ineligible for a fee refund through Grailed and/or PayPal.
