If you’re unable to ship your listing and/or coordinate alternative shipping arrangements,and relist your item when you’re ready to sell again.
Please note: We’re in the process of developing an “Away mode” feature, but for now, our recommended solution is to put a note in your seller profile and set your listings to “Offer only” so you can let your buyer know prior to purchase that you're unable to ship until a certain date. “Away mode” will be available soon and we’ll keep you updated as the feature launches.
