If you know that your ability to ship will be delayed, the first thing you should do is message the buyer directly—informing them of any delays/unforeseen circumstances and coordinating new shipping arrangements accordingly.
If you’re unable to ship due to courier closures, check-in with the courier for an estimated timeframe as to when shipments may resume and communicate any updated timeframes with the buyer. You may also want to check with the courier to see if any other locations may be open in your area.
Please note: Grailed does not automatically cancel delayed/unshipped orders. Our refund process includes the review of all messaging between buyers/sellers and we do not provide auto-refunds if alternative shipping arrangements have been made.
