If you've sold an item recently, you may find that your funds are being held once you've made a sale. When you've made a sale and the funds are held by Grailed, messaging will appear in the Messages and Transactions pages to remind you to ship with tracking information. The funds will only be released when you have shipped your sale and you have added valid tracking information on Grailed.
The funds for your sale will be held by Grailed until tracking information has been added via the Add Tracking button on the Messages or Transactions page.

Please note that if you do not provide tracking information on Grailed within 7 days, the transaction will automatically be refunded.
Once tracking information is added, your first payment received via Grailed Payments may be subject to an additional hold of 7 days or more depending on your location. You can find a full chart of payment hold timelines by country on our partner's website here.
