Offers on Grailed are non-binding, which means a buyer is not obligated to purchase an item if their offer is accepted. We encourage sellers to accept multiple offers in order to increase the chances of a sale.
The offer minimum now compares the offer including shipping cost to the listing price.
When submitting an offer, you will be prompted to enter a dollar amount and below you will be required to choose your country with its applicable shipping costs. Please note that these prices are set by the seller, not Grailed. Additionally, offers below 60% of the listing price will not be accepted.
When you accept an offer from a potential buyer, it is up to them to follow through with the checkout process to complete the transaction.
It is important to remember that accepting an offer does not mean you have sold the item. You will receive email notifications from both Grailed and PayPal to let you know an item has sold.
When a seller accepts an offer, the potential buyer will have 24 hours to complete the purchase. If the offer expires, the user will be required to re-submit their offer.
