Congratulations on your sale! To make shipping a little easier on Grailed we’ve made this guide to ensure your item gets sent to your buyer safely with seller protection.
Things you will need:
- Printer
- Scale
- Measuring tape
- Packaging (box, large envelope, etc.)
1. Find your recent sale.
Click on the Payment from transaction
Transaction Details page (ship and add tracking)
2. You can print a shipping label through PayPal, where tracking will be automatically associated with that transaction by clicking on the Ship link (shown in the above image).
Creating a shipping label page
This is where you can create a label to print out and add to your parcel. Please note that you must ship with full tracking and delivery confirmation (i.e. USPS Priority/Express International) or equivalent for international shipments to be eligible for seller protection.
It is strongly recommended to purchase insurance for high-valued items as well as signature confirmation (Required for items valued $750+).
For more information please review PayPal's Seller Protection Guidelines.
Paste your tracking number in the text box on Grailed
If you’re unable to add the tracking number due to the shipping company not being in the drop-down menu, simply message it directly to the buyer. Please be sure to add it to the PayPal transaction detail page though.
If you’d rather create the shipping label through your preferred shipping method in person, you can add tracking information later on through PayPal by clicking on the Add Tracking Info link.
Please note that your preferred shipping method must include full tracking and delivery confirmation (i.e. USPS Priority/Express International) or equivalent for international shipments to be eligible for seller protection.
All transactions are eligible for full protection as long as the proper procedures are followed. We strongly recommend documenting the process, such as keeping all records of the transaction such as photos, receipts, and shipping process to be protected. As mentioned in our About page you must always make sure to ship with full tracking to the provided address on the PayPal transaction in order to be eligible for seller protection.
For more information, please review PayPal's Seller Protection Guidelines.
