Can I trade on Grailed?

While it is common in the Grailed community to negotiate pricing with one another, Grailed has no official trading functionality––you must place an offer or purchase an item directly. In doing so, you’ll ensure that our Purchase Protection applies. 

Please note that off-site activity is highly discouraged and any transactions resulting from off-site activity are ineligible for Purchase Protection.

Grailed is not responsible for what happens during off-site activity and anything discussed in messages is not binding on Grailed.
