Updates to Payments and Seller Support

In an effort to expand payment choices for buyers and help you sell more, starting April 17th, 2023, seller funds will be released within 3 days of when the item is shown as delivered (barring certain circumstances, like if the buyer reports an issue).

Please note: Individual bank business hours and a region's holidays may affect the timing of your payout hitting your bank account, despite it being paid out on our end. 

Rest assured that our team will also be monitoring cases where the carrier isn’t able to provide shipment or delivery updates to ensure your payout is not unduly delayed. If you are an international seller who uses Stripe please note your payout will be delayed an additional 7 business days, meaning you can expect to get paid out within 10 business days from the date of delivery. 

This change also allows us to improve support for you, providing smoother resolution to any issues.

Since adding additional payment methods through Grailed Payments, like credit cards and Apple Pay, we’ve seen that up to 70% of buyers choose an option powered by Grailed Payments. Our most recent addition, Klarna, gives buyers the ability to buy now and pay later, at no extra cost to you.

Fewer Headaches
We’re also expanding support for sellers with greater control to work directly with you to resolve product or delivery issues. This will reduce the need for you to contact PayPal to resolve buyer disputes.
