What exactly is happening?
As of March 17th 2021, the Grailed Android app is no longer accessible. To access your Grailed account, visit Grailed.com via a mobile or desktop web browser. The iOS app will also continue to work as normal.
Why is this happening?
Since its launch in 2018, use of the Grailed Android app has gradually declined. Today, less than 1% of the global Grailed community uses the Android app. We’re redirecting our efforts toward making Grailed.com and Grailed iOS experiences the best that they can be, which should improve your day-to-day experience.
I used the Android app! What will happen to my account?
Everything about your Grailed account remains exactly the same. Your transaction history, listings, messages, favorites and everything else will are accessible on Grailed.com via a mobile or desktop browser.
I only want to use Android. How do I delete my account?
You can still get the full Grailed experience on your mobile device by visiting Grailed.com. In fact, you’ll find new features there that will improve your buying and selling experience. Over the last six months, we’ve released vacation mode, listing drafts, measurements, customized recommendations, and more. More improvements, like Grailed shipping labels, are coming soon.
If you’d still rather leave Grailed, we can help you with deleting your account. In order to delete your Grailed account, navigate to the Settings tab on the app and scroll to the bottom. You will see an option to either logout or delete your account entirely.
(Please note you may be ineligible for an account deletion if you have pending sales or purchases.)
