If you have not yet received your item: file a claim directly on PayPal.com. To do this, find the transaction in your PayPal Activity history, click the "Resolution Centre" link at the bottom, and follow the instructions. Filing a claim will allow you to communicate with the user directly through PayPal and protect yourself in the event that they don’t ship your item.
