On some occasions, you may need to refund your buyer if an issue occurs. In order to do so, visit the Sold page on Grailed, locate the sale you need to refund, and click the "Issue Refund" button.
If you received the payment via Grailed Payments, please contact our team for assistance in refunding the sale.
If you received the payment via PayPal, you can also refund your buyer through PayPal directly, by following the steps below.

1. Log in to https://www.paypal.com/us/home
2. Find the sale in your recent activity and click on the ‘Payment from’ transaction.

3. Scroll down on the transaction details page to view the following:

4. Issue the refund.

Once the refund is completed, listings sold with a connected PayPal account will automatically have the Grailed fees refunded as shown by the “Partner Commission Reversal” in the transaction detail page.
Please note that partial refunds sent from connected PayPal accounts will result in partial seller fees returned back to you as the seller.

If you do not have the required funds in your PayPal balance, you can add them by initiating a transfer from a confirmed bank account.
If you are unable to complete the refund due to a payment hold, please contact PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call) to request assistance in the refund process.
