On some occasions, you may need to refund your buyer if an issue occurs.
In order to do so, visit the Transactions page on Grailed, locate the sale you need to refund, and click the "Issue Refund" button.
You can also refund your buyer through PayPal directly, by following the steps below.
1. Log in to https://www.paypal.com/us/home
2. Find the sale in your recent activity and click on the ‘Payment from’ transaction.
3. Scroll down on the transaction details page to view the following:
4. Issue the refund.
Once the refund is completed, listings sold with a connected PayPal account will automatically have the Grailed fees refunded as shown by the “Partner Commission Reversal” in the transaction detail page.
Please note that partial refunds sent from connected PayPal accounts will result in partial seller fees returned back to you as the seller.
