If you have purchased something on Grailed and the description accurately described the item in terms of authenticity, color, condition, fabric, and measurement, then the seller is not required to issue a refund. In such a case, you should try to work out a mutual agreement with the seller so that they accept a return for a full refund.

If you’d prefer to keep the item, you should contact the seller to coordinate a partial refund within the dispute.
