After a user purchases your item, you will be sent an automated message and email with the buyer’s shipping information.
You'll know that your item has sold when you receive all of the following:
- A notification in "Messages"
- An automated message from the buyer that says "I bought [item name]" and includes the buyer's address
- An email from Grailed confirming your sale
- An email from PayPal confirming your sale
Additionally, whenever you sell an item, the item will appear under "Sales" on the Transactions page.
Once you've confirmed your sale, make sure to ship your item and provide tracking information in a timely manner to ensure that you remain eligible for seller protection and to have the funds released to your PayPal account.
