After a user purchases your item, you will be sent an automated message and email with the buyer’s shipping information.
You'll know that your item has sold and the sale is confirmed on our end when you receive all of the following:

- A notification in "Messages"
- An automated message from GrailedBot includes the buyer's address. Please note this message looks different from other messages in your inbox
- An email from Grailed confirming your sale
- An email from PayPal confirming your sale (if you’ve connected a PayPal account for this sale)
Additionally, whenever you sell an item, the item will appear under "Sales" on the Transactions page.
Once you've confirmed your sale, make sure to ship your item and provide tracking information within 7 days to ensure that you remain eligible for seller protection and to have the funds released to you.
Receiving Payment
If you’ve opted to use a Grailed label, the funds will automatically be released to you at the time of the sale. You’ll still need to get the item out in 7 days to remain protected.
If you’ve decided to ship via a method of your own, you’ll need to add tracking within 7 days from the point of sale or the transaction will automatically be refunded.
