You'll know that your item has sold when you receive all of the following:
- A notification in "Messages"
- An automated message from the buyer that says "I bought [item name]" and includes the buyer's address
- An email from Grailed confirming your sale
- An email from PayPal confirming your sale (if the transaction was processed through PayPal)
Additionally, when you sell an item, the item will appear on the Sold page.
Remember: tracking information must be uploaded to Grailed in order for funds to be automatically released.
