I forgot my password or need to change it, what do I do?

At this time, you can only reset your password via a desktop browser or through a mobile web browser. You cannot reset your password via the iOS app.

For desktop browser

1. Click the Login or Sign up button in the top right hand corner of the page
2. Click Login with email
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. Follow the prompts to enter your email and receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password

For mobile web browser

1. Click the Sign up button in the top right hand corner of the page
2. Next to "Already have an account?," click Login
3. Click Login with email
4. Click Forgot your password?
5. Follow the prompts to enter your email and receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password
