How do I report a bug, listing, or user?

The Grailed marketplace is safe thanks to our team of world-class curators and community self-policing. Our moderation team monitors the marketplace 24/7 to eliminate fraudulent activity. To report a bug, listing, or user, follow the instructions below.

Report a Bug

If you're encountering an issue or bug on our website or iOS app, you can report the problem directly by emailing us at help@grailed.com.

Please include relevant screenshots, links, or descriptions as to exactly what the issue is. Any information you provide will help us escalate the issue to our engineering team. 

Report a Listing

To report a listing via desktop, click on "Report Listing" on the listing page located below the description of the listing. 

To report a listing via the Grailed iOS app, scroll towards the bottom of the listing until you find the "Report Listing" button. 

Once reported, our moderation will take a look as soon as possible.

Report a User

Grailed values our community more than anything, and we have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Please report any users breaking our Code of Conduct directly to help@grailed.com.
